• means the Federal Aviation Administrator or any person to whom he has delegated his authority in the matter concerned.
• The FAA Administrator or any person to whom he or she has delegated authority in the matter concerned.
• The Federal Aviation Administrator (FAA) or any person to whom he and/or she has delegated his and/ or her authority in the matter concerned.
